Conti is the former executive editor of HarperBusiness, the category-leading business book imprint of HarperCollins Publishers.  There he acquired and edited a #1 New York Times bestseller – Longaberger, An American Success Story – along with numerous other best-selling business books.  He also established and managed publishing relationships with American Express, Microsoft, Standard & Poor’s, the Economist, and others.

Before joining Harper, Conti was editorial director of Business McGraw-Hill.  He was instrumental in creating a multimillion dollar publishing program and was honored with  three corporate achievement awards.  He published a #1 BusinessWeek bestseller – Transforming the Organization -- and an Association of American Publishers “best book of the year” – Keiretsu:  Inside the Hidden Japanese Conglomerates.
